Personnel Committee Summary (PRS)

Membership: up to 7 elected parents and the Executive Director (the HR Specialist and Elementary and Secondary Program Directors are also active participants.)

Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):

  • Assisting with hiring and evaluations of faculty and staff
  • Providing mediation services (when requested) through the Open Door Policy
  • Developing and reviewing Personnel policies and procedures
