PACT senior Olivia Bailey had a great weekend!
Bailey competed at the MSHSL State Speech Tournament on April 29, placing sixth in the state for Storytelling, her third consecutive year at state following a first-place section finish.
The Minnesota Coaches Association (MSCA) also named Bailey to the All-State Speech Team. She was among 105 speech competitors awarded during the 2023 MSHSL State Speech Tournament. To qualify for All-State recognition, a speaker must be a high school senior, have documented excellence in competition, including competing on subsection/section teams, have at least one appearance at the MSHSL State Speech Tournament, and utilize their speech skills in at least three additional school activities. Community engagement is also part of the qualifying criteria.
Bailey has attended PACT Charter School since kindergarten, and we are excited to celebrate the Class of 2023 at commencement…where she is the valedictorian. She’s overwhelmingly impressive, and we’re so proud of her accomplishments!
