On January 30, 2024, PACT student-athletes signed letters of intent from the colleges where they will continue their academic and athletic careers. The 2024 signees are:
Abby Gerhard, Crown College - Soccer
PACT Activities: Soccer and softball
Awards: Captain’s award
Favorite Sports Memory: Seeing all the new soccer girls improve in their skills over the season.
Kadence Popejoy, Luther College - Basketball
PACT Activities: Basketball and softball
Awards: All-Conference
Favorite Sports Memory: Beating Legacy in the section quarterfinals last year.
Alayna Spiess, University of Northwestern – St. Paul - Softball
PACT Activities: Softball and basketball
Awards: Three-time 1st team All-conference, four-time Academic all-conference, two-time All-Section, five varsity letters, 1,000 point club, Panther Award - stat attack, and four-year captain.
Favorite Sports Memory: Hitting her first 100 season strikeouts, and the semi-final game vs West Lutheran
Claire Tessum, Luther College - Softball
PACT Activities: Softball, basketball, and band
Awards: Six Academic All-Conference (basketball, softball), All-Conference Honorable Mention (softball), two All-Conference (Softball), two All-Section (Softball), and Star Tribune Softball Player of the Week Nominee.
Favorite Sports Memory: Hitting a grand slam for the cycle against Breck.
Madison Whitby, Anoka-Ramsey Community College - Softball
PACT Activities: Softball, basketball, student council, volleyball, and drama
Favorite Sports Memory: Hitting a line drive double to win the game in our first game at sections last year.
