PACT Charter School is excited to announce the hiring of Dr. Lara Bronson as the new principal of the elementary campus. Bronson brings a wealth of instructional experience, extensive leadership background, and a deep commitment to educational excellence to the school community.
Bronson has an impressive background in education, most recently serving as the Chair and Assistant Dean of the School of Education at the University of Northwestern–St. Paul, where she consistently demonstrated a passion for fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Her focus was on teaching and leadership, serving the broader educational community, and providing scholarship in the areas of family-school partnership and character development. Before her role at the university, Bronson taught kindergarten in the Twin Cities, and is currently a member of the National Association of Elementary School Principals and serves as president of the Minnesota Kindergarten Association.

"Her vision and dedication to student success align perfectly with our school's mission and values. We are confident Dr. Bronson will be an inspirational asset to our students, staff, and families."
In her new role, Bronson will oversee all aspects of the elementary campus, including academic programs, faculty development, and student services. She is committed to building solid relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive educational experience for all.

Bronson holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, an M.Ed. in Education, an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, and an Administrative K-12 Licensure from Bethel University in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
