Emergencies
If you have an emergency with your student, please contact the school at 763.712.4200.
If there is a school-wide emergency, please do not telephone the school as the phone lines will be otherwise occupied. Updated information on events will be available through the local news media, the school website, and the school's Facebook and Twitter page.
Weather-Related Closings and Delays
The safety of our students is the priority when determining if the school should remain open in extreme winter weather.
PACT Charter School will post information about school closings or delays through a variety of communication methods:
-
Phone, text, and email message from Infinite Campus.
-
PACT Charter School website homepage as “Breaking News.”
Please do not telephone the school as the phone lines will be occupied.
e-Learning Days for Grades 3-12
The e-Learning plan, which must meet precise requirements from the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), is located here.
If an e-Learning Day is declared, families will be notified by phone and email by 6 a.m. Students must then log in to Infinite Campus to receive their work for the day. There are specific requirements that must be met by certain times for a student to be marked “present”; please see the requirements in the plan.
Each teacher will be accessible via telephone and email during e-Learning Days. After reading through PACT’s e-Learning Plan, please let me know if you have any questions.
COVID-19 Learning Plans: While we are in the hybrid model, winter weather-related closing days will become distance learning days for all students grades K-12.
