PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ms. Haws spent two years as a paraprofessional at another Minnesota charter school and taught kindergarten at that same school for three years before taking ten years off as a stay-at-home mom.

Ms. Haws lives in Ramsey with her husband and daughter (who is a 5th grader at PACT this year). They have two cats (Gus and Sally) and two dogs (Maddie and Louie). She enjoys crocheting as a hobby, exercising, and going on walks with her dogs and family.
