PACT Strategic Plan
The strategic plan of PACT Charter School integrates the mission, vision and values while building out goals, initiatives, and measurable outcomes in key areas. Utilizing historical successes, data analysis, and industry insights, the PACT Charter School Board of Directors adopted strategies for success that reflect the importance of stakeholders and a commitment to excellence.
This strategic plan provides operational direction for the near-term, mid-term, and long-term but allows for continued iterations and adjustments with changes to internal and external influences. The School Board of Directors will review the plan quarterly to assess progress and ensure alignment with stated measurable outcomes and dates. While PACT Charter School has many goals not included here, this plan involves collaboration at all levels of stakeholders in five key areas:

As PACT Charter School expands, the School Board of Directors is dedicated to maintaining a strong community culture, an engaging and successful learning environment, and a focus on character-driven values for all students, employees, and families.
