Postsecondary Enrollment Options
Post-Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) is a Minnesota State-funded program that allows high school students in grades 10-12 to earn college credits that may count towards completing their high school graduation requirements. These courses may be taken online or in person on the campus where they enroll. The Minnesota Department of Education pays for tuition, fees, and required textbooks.

Students can apply to any approved PSEO institution in Minnesota; PACT students often take classes at:

How do you get started?

Complete PACT's PSEO Intent Form and turn it in to your school counselor.

Complete a PSEO application at the college of your choice.

Request your high school transcript be sent to the college.

Fill out section 1 of the Notice of Student Registration form and turn it in to your school counselor. This must be completed every semester a student participates in PSEO.

Attend PSEO orientation, meet with your college advisor, and register for classes.

Send your school counselor a copy of your PSEO schedule.
