PACT partners with Premier Kitchen to offer nutritious meal options for all students. Premier Kitchen works closely with the Minnesota Department of Education to ensure every student receives a healthy, nutritious meal they will enjoy.

While meals are free for all K-12 students, the application still provides other benefits to students and our community. Examples include reduced or free rates on school sports/activities, home internet fees, academic test fees, transportation fees, and college application fees. The PACT Charter School is soliciting invitations for bid for vended school meals. The Vendor would provide meal services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as State of Minnesota Department of Education policies and guidelines.

A pre-bid meeting will not be scheduled. A copy of the IFB will be available by email at meals@pactcharter.org until May 12, 2025. Potential bidders are asked to email their questions to Tracy Peters at meals@pactcharter.org by May 2, 2025.

All bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon due on May 16, 2025. All bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the attention of Tracy Peters, and be clearly marked: Vended School Meals Bid.
