Poster and Flyer Distribution
To reduce paper usage and clutter, we prefer the use of digital communication formats, which include our e-newsletters and social media. If you feel there would be a solid advantage to using posters to excite students about an event or spread school spirit, we are happy to consider it.
To maximize the chances for approval, materials should convey who, what, why, and where, plus how the event benefits students. Also, be sure to include the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity. Materials needing more information may be denied.
To hang posters or distribute materials on campus, pre-approval and a signature is required from the Director of Communication and Community Engagement. Please email your items to news@pactcharter.org, and they will be reviewed before printing. Approvals will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to ten days to move through the approval and distribution process.
Once your poster has been pre-approved, you should print and deliver it to the school office. The Director of Communication and Community Engagement will sign the poster and have volunteers hang the poster in approved areas with appropriate adhesives to reduce wall damage.
Posters may only remain on the walls for 14 days, so plan accordingly.
Note: Much of PACT's glass doors and lower-level exterior windows are coated with a security product that adhesives can damage. It's essential to keep posters off these spaces and work with office staff to adhere posters in appropriate places.
PACT will only distribute or promote information for school-sponsored, affiliated, and supported organizations.
